Exchange and Return Policy
Replacement
Goods may be exchanged within a period of up to 7 (seven) days after receipt of the same. The exchange will only be carried out if the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.end. Return shipping for exchanges will be at the expense of the customer, as long as it was not Hilary Gin's mistake.

Freight Collection
Customer Responsibility:

In case of return and/or cancellation requested by the customer and without reason to justify the situation, the shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the request occurs after the merchandise has been sent to the company responsible for the delivery, the freight will also be the responsibility of the customer.

If the goods have already been delivered to the address indicated by the customer, the freight will also be the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a problem with the product, such as an error in sending the requested product or another error that Hilary Gin is responsible for, the freight will be the responsibility of Hilary Gin.
Exchange effectiveness period
All returned merchandise will undergo analysis by Hilary Gin, paying attention to the information indicated by the customer. If proven, Hilary Gin will take all measures to send it to the customer as soon as possible.
Return packaging for returns or exchanges
In both situations (return or exchange) the merchandise must always be returned in its original packaging. If this is not possible, theHilary Gin must be informed before sending the goods.
The products and/or accessories sent and included in the Invoice must be placed in the packaging. The lack of a product and/or accessory may delay the return.
