Hilary London Dry Gin is the first gin from Amazonas with Amazonian flavor, identity and purpose. And the name was not chosen by chance: Hilary comes from the Latin hilaris, which means cheerful, bright, full of life — exactly how we want every toast with us to be.

We created a drink that brings the freshness of the forest to the world. In each bottle, native ingredients such as puxuri, cumaru, jambu, camu-camu and cupuaçu awaken the senses and celebrate the most authentic Amazonian experience.

Our commitment is to grow consciously, valuing the region's ingredients, strengthening local production and paving the way for a more sustainable model in the beverage industry.

We are an Amazonian brand, made by women and born with the audacity to transform the beverage market with more purpose, originality and awareness.

Our History

Hilary Gin was born in the Amazon with a clear purpose: to create a gin that would represent our land, enhance its flavors and boost its economy.

The idea arose from the desire to offer the market a premium drink with an Amazonian identity — made with unique ingredients such as puxuri, cumaru, jambu, camu-camu and cupuaçu, which reflect the diversity and sensory richness of the forest.

We started out lean, with outsourced production, but with a big dream: to set up our own factory in Manaus. We want to grow with our feet on the ground, in a sustainable way, and transform each bottle into an opportunity for our territory.

Today, we continue to build a brand that believes in innovation, feminine strength and the potential of the Amazon to conquer the world with authenticity.
